X6 DemoCar.
We conceptualized, developed and manufactured a dashboard demonstrator to be seamlessly integrated in the interior of a BMW X6. This built-in dashboard aims to identify practical use cases and applications that effectively demonstrate technologies and innovations developed by Asahi Kasei and partners.
Our focus while developing this demonstrator was to create meaningful functionalities that enhance the user experience for both the driver and passengers.
Throughout the manufacturing process of the demonstrator, we analyzed and determined which components needed to be removed from the existing vehicle to achieve a precise attachment of the redesigned panels. Under the guidance of Asahi Kasei, we successfully collaborated with key partners such as Sage and MOS, ensuring the successful production of the demonstrator.
Interface Design.
The conceptualization and development of the user interface display began with a clear objective: to create an intuitive and seamless platform that allows users to interact effortlessly with a range of critical vehicle functions. These functions include driving mode selection, climate control for heating and ventilation, navigation, and media management.
Throughout the development process, we prioritized a cohesive aesthetic and interaction design that would not only enhance the driving experience but also ensure safety and ease of use. The result is a sophisticated user interface display that harmoniously integrates these essential functions, offering drivers and passengers a streamlined and enjoyable experience.
